Penne Kabsah with Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 pack Springo penne pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a deep nonstick skillet. Add the onion and stir until it becomes translucent.
  2. Stir in the garlic for an additional minute.
  3. Add the chicken, black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, and mixed spices.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Golden brown chicken after frying.
  6. Include the tomato paste, stir thoroughly until the tomato paste dissolves. Allow to come to a boil.
  7. Add parmesan cheese.
  8. Add pasta and simmer for 8 to 9 minutes.
  9. Present and sprinkle with parsley.
