Penne Kabsah with Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pack Springo penne pasta
- 250 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a deep nonstick skillet. Add the onion and stir until it becomes translucent.
- Stir in the garlic for an additional minute.
- Add the chicken, black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, and mixed spices.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Golden brown chicken after frying.
- Include the tomato paste, stir thoroughly until the tomato paste dissolves. Allow to come to a boil.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta and simmer for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Present and sprinkle with parsley.
