Bird Tongue Tagine with Minced Meat

Ingredients
  • 1 pack Springo Bird Tongue
  • 250g minced meat
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 glasses water
Instructions
  1. Add oil and Springo bird tongue pasta to a pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir the ingredients until the color turns golden.
  3. Remove the pasta and set it aside on a plate.
  4. Add the chopped onions in the same pot and stir a little, then add minced meat, salt and black pepper and stir the mixture for 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  5. Remove the meat.
  6. Bring the tagine and grease it with oil.
  7. Add the meat and pasta to the tagine.
  8. Cover the tagine with water and put it in the oven until it is cooked.
