Bird Tongue Tagine with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- 1 pack Springo Bird Tongue
- 250g minced meat
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 glasses water
Instructions
- Add oil and Springo bird tongue pasta to a pot over medium heat.
- Stir the ingredients until the color turns golden.
- Remove the pasta and set it aside on a plate.
- Add the chopped onions in the same pot and stir a little, then add minced meat, salt and black pepper and stir the mixture for 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- Remove the meat.
- Bring the tagine and grease it with oil.
- Add the meat and pasta to the tagine.
- Cover the tagine with water and put it in the oven until it is cooked.
